Welcome to the
International Conference on Algebra and Number Theory (CANT '18)

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, I welcome you the participants of CANT '18 to Thiruvarur (Tamilnadu, India), the historically important place in Tamilnadu both mathematically and non-mathematically. The conference venue is very close to the birth place of Srinivasa Ramanujan (about 40 kms) and also close to Thiruvarur temple (3 kms), Nagore dargah (30Kms), Velankanni church (32 Kms) and Tanjore big temple (60 Kms).

For a longer time we thought of having an opportunity to take the research level mathematics to larger audience specially at the post graduate level. This is an initiative towards the same and the aim here is to create a platform for subject experts and young mathematicians to come together and discuss their interesting topics to nurture further. Post graduate students who are interested in pursuing research in mathematics are welcome to participate in the conference.
